Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
You might find your answer listed here. If not, please do let us know!
How do I attach a magnetic sticker to the wall?
First, make sure the wall is clean, dry and free of dust. Peel off the protective film and smooth the sign onto the wall from top to bottom, rubbing from the centre outwards towards the edges to prevent air bubbles. Watch the video! The magnetic sticker can still be repositioned, but we cannot guarantee that no adhesive residue or similar will remain, as every surface is different. However, it works well for many customers.
Do the stickers leave marks on the wall?
You can still reposition the magnetic sticker. And so far, it hasn’t left any adhesive residue on most walls. For freshly painted, wallpapered or porous walls, we recommend testing it on an inconspicuous spot first. So whilst we cannot offer a 100% guarantee, many customers have already tried it before you.
What are the delivery charges and delivery times?
Delivery within the Netherlands is free on orders of €40 or more; for orders below this amount, we charge standard delivery charges. For Belgium, ‘free delivery’ applies to orders of €65 or more. If you place your order on a working day before 11.00, your parcel will be dispatched the same day and you’ll usually receive it the next day.
Can I exchange or return my order?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Does something not fit, or is it not quite what you were looking for? Send us a message via the form, and we’ll sort out the return together. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Once we’ve received them in their original condition, we’ll refund the amount.
Are the magnets safe for young children?
Our products are made from sturdy materials and finished with care. For children under 3 years of age, we recommend supervision whilst they are playing, as small parts are not suitable for very young children. Are you unsure about a specific product? We’d be happy to help.

Magnetic sticker in the shape of a rectangle ⭐️ not a perfectly symmetrical rectangle, but that’s what makes it so playful.
The great thing about this design is that you can mount it either vertically or horizontally. Whichever looks best in your home.
Available in the following colours:
• ivory • camel pink • caramel • green • black • green/blue. In this photo, you can see the colour: green/blue 🤍

Time for a little change ✨
This magnetic sticker has been here for months now, but I fancied a change in this little corner.
And this seemed like the perfect moment to show you just how easy it is for me to take it off again 👀
After all those months? Just give it a gentle tug and that’s it! 🙌 No faff, and it came off the wall really easily for me.
So far, I’ve fortunately not had any complaints about this either. Of course, I can’t guarantee that it’ll work exactly the same way for every wall 😘
Next time, a video showing how to attach the other magnetic sticker 😊

Right, this is probably a really bad time to post a message. I’d planned to do it earlier this evening, but the kids took priority 😚
These product photos look great! I’ll still fill my feed with them ✨
This is the organic version in caramel colour 🤎

Every now and then I have a quick look: what position am I actually in on Google with Zie-Zo? 🔎
I searched for ‘magnetic sticker’… still can’t find one anywhere. 🫣 And I wanted to make a video about it. That’s why I’m grateful for every order.
But then… I searched for ‘the absolute best magnetic stickers’… and there I am, right at number 1! 🥇😅
So apparently, sometimes you just have to look in a slightly different way 😉 but despite that, I’m still grateful for every order. 🫶🏼 Because it’s not exactly a runaway success yet, haha!

A few weeks ago, I ordered some of the large magnetic stickers in the colour ‘Caramel’ for our GP practice. They’ve gone down very well.
